No Transfers or Switching

 

 

All bookings for in-person groups and online courses are final and cannot be transferred or switched to another group, date, or course. Each space is reserved specifically for the course or event selected at the time of booking.

 

 

 

Consumer Responsibility

 

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to:

 

  • Carefully check all course details, age suitability, dates, and requirements before booking

  • Ensure the selected course or group is appropriate for their child’s needs and schedule

  • Read all descriptions and information provided on the website before purchase

Refunds

 

 

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Inability to attend an in-person session

  • Incorrect course selection

  • Conflicts in scheduling

 

 

In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds or credit may be offered at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
