At The Home Ed Workshop, we love capturing the joy and creativity that happens in our sessions. We’re committed to doing this in a way that respects the privacy and wishes of every family.

Photography at In-Person Groups

By attending our groups, you consent to photos being taken by our team. These photos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, newsletter, or social media.

If you do not wish to be included in any photographs, please contact us before attending, clearly stating:

Your name
Your child(ren)’s name(s)
The group(s) you’ll be attending

We will ensure that you and your child are not included in any images we capture or publish.

We will never share full names or personal details alongside any images.

Sending Us Your Photos

If you’d like to submit photos of your child(ren) engaging with our resources or groups:

Please ensure you are the parent or legal guardian and have the right to share the image.

By sending the photo, you give permission for us to use it for promotional purposes (unless otherwise specified).

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the image from future use.
